SWRO Membrane

Delta Filtration SWRO membrane elements are manufactured in clean room under ISO 9001 quality management system, they provide excellent salt rejection rate and high flux range up to 9000 GPD, robust structure makes it suitable for seawater desalination process, it can hand TDS level up to 35,000 mg/L and be used in SWRO membrane system, wide pH range(pH 1-13) offers more resistance to critical cleaning with high concentration.

Flat Sheet MBR Membrane

Fluoro-Klean FSMBR Membrane is developed with flat sheet membrane structure which provides better anti-fouling performance than hollow fiber membrane, PVDF membrane materials can resist higher temperature and concentration of cleaning chemicals as well as higher MLSS(up to 20,000 mg/L), flat plat structure contributes to less membrane fouling compared with hollow fiber membrane, this also allows CIP done in-situ and membrane panel replacement done in a few minutes. Compared with PVC flat sheet membrane, PVDF MBR is suitable for critical wastewater such as landfill leachate, refinery wastewater and palm oil mill effluent treatment, it provides longer service life too. DFFSMBRPVDF080 model can also work as economical replacement for Kubota 510 MBR model with dimensions 490x1020mm, thus it can fit into Kubuta membrane cassette, manifolds and transparent tubes can also be provided together with membrane modules.

ZeeWeed 500D Retrofit

Fluoro-Klean DELWED MBR membranes are direct replacement for Veolia Suez GE Zeeweed 500D 340, 500D 370 and 500D 440 membrane modules, with large filtration area and flow capacity, it can be used for large project to save footprint significantly, MBR cassette is also available upon customized design requirement, high cost effectiveness makes DELWED series a good option for new and replacement projects. The submerged membrane bioreactor is made with hollow fiber PVDF membrane, reinforced structure makes it suitable for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment without fiber breakage, 0.04μm pore size can effectively retain contaminants such as particles, colloides and bacteria as well as offering high flow rate.

Asahi KASEI Pall Microza UNA-620AB Retrofit

Fluoro-Pure Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Asahi KASEI Pall Microza hollow fiber module UNA-620A UNA-620AB with same dimensions and operation principle, available membrane areas are 50㎡ and 65㎡ -sames as Pall or Asahi Kasei Microza module, it allows for cross-flow and dead-end filtration, 0.1μm pore size contributes to good rejection to contaminants as well as offering high flow rate.

Dow SFP-2880 2880XP Alternative

Fluoro-Pure DFP Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Dow Ultrafiltration Membrane SFP 2880 with same dimensions and operation principle, compared with PES, PVC and PAN materials, PVDF has much better resistance to chemicals especially sodium hypochlorite-which is main chemical used for membrane cleaning.

Pentair Aquaflex 64 Retrofit

Fluoro-Free DELFLEX Series Ultrafiltration module DFPES9055 model can work as economical replacement for Pentair Norit Aquaflex HP 55 with better cost effectiveness, no modification is required because of its compatible dimensions, DFPES9055 can well fit into original membrane systems. Hollow fiber UF module allows for larger loading capacity with same space, 0.02μm pore size contributes to good rejection to bacteria and virus, PES material has very good hydrophilic feature and less membrane fouling.

Membrane Degasser

Hyflux Kristal K600B Retrofit

Fluoro-Pure D600ER Series UF filter is developed to replace Hyflux UF Membrane Kristal K600ER model, providing a more economical replacement solution and making sure retrofit module is 100% compatible with existing UF system.

IP-51XP IP-77XP Alternative

Fluoro-Pure DelPac Series Ultrafiltration module can be used as replacement for Dow IntegraPac membrane IP-51XP, IPD-51XP, IP-77XP and IPD-77XP series with compatible dimensions, PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane applies outside-in flow mode, it allows for wide range of feed water, making it a robust UF module.

Cross Flow Membrane Filtration

DelTube Series Ultrafiltration membrane can be used as economical replacement for KOCH SUPER-COR 3010-HFM-180 and 3010-HFM-513 Ultrafiltration Modules, it is made by tubular design, tubular membranes are particularly suited to liquid with high viscosity or suspended solids, because their wide flow paths make them highly resistant to clogging. Cross-flow filtration can reduce cleaning times and downtime, so as to maintain a high flow rate.

Retrofit For ZW700B-8060/UF10/7B/X/0,8/40

DelGuard Series Ultrafiltration module is made with hydrophilic Polyethersulfone(PES) membrane with size 200x1527.5mm as economical replacement for Veolia Suez Zeeweed ZeeWeed ZW700B-8060/UF/10/7B/X/0,8/40 horizontal UF membrane modules, hydraulic membrane diameter is 0.8mm, with inside-out flow mode, it can be installed horizontally into membrane pressure vessel, thus saving footprint and land space.

Retrofit For Veolia ZW500D 600N Strength

Fluoro-Klean DELWED MBR membranes are direct replacement for Veolia ZW500D 340, ZW500D 370 and ZW500D 440 membrane modules with excellent 600N tensile strength, which is same as original membrane modules and there is no fiber breakage issue, 48M 52M MBR cassette is also available with stainless steel 316 material, each cassette can be equipped with 48, 50 and 52 modules, pulsed aeration technology contributes to less energy consumption and plant cost.
