Tubular Membrane
Typically there are 4 types of ultrafiltration membrane: hollow fiber, flat sheet, spiral wound and tubular ultrafiltration membranes, tubular membrane is widely used in wastewater treatment process with high solid content, it can be made with very fine pore size from 5,000 Dalton to 100K Dalton Molecular Weight Cut-Off.
Tubular membranes are recognized for their excellent strength, good resistance to pollution, and ease of operation and maintenance. The designed flux is as high as 70~100L/ (m2.h).The efficient interception of the membrane allows the sludge concentration in the biochemical pool to reach more than 40g/L.
Features
● Stable chemical resistance
● Effective retention of suspended solids and ion
● Easy operation and maintenance
