Submerged Ultrafiltration
Fluoro-Klean DELPHEN membrane units are specially developed as anti-fouling submerged ultrafiltration by adding GraphenXTM to improve the hydrophility performance of submerged UF membrane modules, generally the surface of graphene contains a large number of functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, and carbonyl, which can be added to the PVDF casting liquid to improve the hydrophilicity of the casting liquid and make a large number of pores on the surface of the film. The porosity of the PVDF/graphene increased and evenly distributed on the surface of the membrane, which improved the permeability of the PVDF membrane. The anti-pollution performance of the PVDF/graphene membrane is better than that of the original PVDF membrane, thus providing higher flux, longer service life and less fouling risk.
The submerged membrane is operated by negative suction, available filtration areas are 10㎡, 15㎡ and 20㎡.
