Fluoro-Klean FSMBR Membrane is developed with flat sheet membrane structure which provides better anti-fouling performance than hollow fiber membrane, PVDF membrane materials can resist higher temperature and concentration of cleaning chemicals as well as higher MLSS(up to 20,000 mg/L), flat plat structure contributes to less membrane fouling compared with hollow fiber membrane, this also allows CIP done in-situ and membrane panel replacement done in a few minutes. Compared with PVC flat sheet membrane, PVDF MBR is suitable for critical wastewater such as landfill leachate, refinery wastewater and palm oil mill effluent treatment, it provides longer service life too. DFFSMBRPVDF080 model can also work as economical replacement for Kubota 510 MBR model with dimensions 490x1020mm, thus it can fit into Kubuta membrane cassette, manifolds and transparent tubes can also be provided together with membrane modules.
Fluoro-Klean DELWED MBR membranes are direct replacement for Veolia Suez GE Zeeweed 500D 340, 500D 370 and 500D 440 membrane modules, with large filtration area and flow capacity, it can be used for large project to save footprint significantly, MBR cassette is also available upon customized design requirement, high cost effectiveness makes DELWED series a good option for new and replacement projects. The submerged membrane bioreactor is made with hollow fiber PVDF membrane, reinforced structure makes it suitable for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment without fiber breakage, 0.04μm pore size can effectively retain contaminants such as particles, colloides and bacteria as well as offering high flow rate.
Fluoro-Pure Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Asahi KASEI Pall Microza hollow fiber module UNA-620A UNA-620AB with same dimensions and operation principle, available membrane areas are 50㎡ and 65㎡ -sames as Pall or Asahi Kasei Microza module, it allows for cross-flow and dead-end filtration, 0.1μm pore size contributes to good rejection to contaminants as well as offering high flow rate.
Fluoro-Pure DFP Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Dow Ultrafiltration Membrane SFP 2880 with same dimensions and operation principle, compared with PES, PVC and PAN materials, PVDF has much better resistance to chemicals especially sodium hypochlorite-which is main chemical used for membrane cleaning.
