Fluoro-Pure DelPac Series Ultrafiltration module can be used as replacement for Dow IntegraPac membrane IP-51XP, IPD-51XP, IP-77XP and IPD-77XP series with compatible dimensions, PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane applies outside-in flow mode, it allows for wide range of feed water, making it a robust UF module.
Fluoro-Pure DeFlow Series DFPVDF1030 module is made with hollow fiber PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) membrane material, it can directly replace Oltremare Oltrecap-1030V ultrafiltration module with 35㎡ filtration area without the need to change piping and fitting. DFPVDF1030 uses permanent hydrophilic PVDF membrane fibers which can provide high flux and stable flow performance, thus reducing footprint and operational costs. Fluoro-Pure UF membrane module can also be used to replace Oltremare Oltrecap-1060V and Oltremare Oltrecap-1080V model with similar performance, with production center only 120KM away from Shanghai, fast delivery service is available.
Fluoro-Pure DFP Series DFUFPVDF9077 is economical replacement for DuPont IntegraTec XP 77(previous Dow SFP-2880) with same dimensions, hydrophilic PVDF membrane can provide stable permeate flow, outside-in flow mode has high tolerance for feed water quality. Ultrafiltration membrane 0.03μm pore size can effectively remove suspended solids and bacteria, thus producing high quality permeate with low SDI and turbidity.
Fluoro-Pure DELCAP Series Ultrafiltration module is made with hollow fiber PVDF which has good resistance to chemicals and high mechanical strength, it can be used to replace Hydranautics UF membrane HYDRAcap MAX 40, HYDRAcap MAX 60 and HYDRAcap MAX 80 UF modules with better cost effectiveness.Available membrane areas are 52m2(HYDRAcap MAX 40), 78m2(HYDRAcap MAX 60) and 105m2(HYDRAcap MAX 80).
