Delta Filtration manufactures DFPES700B-40 ultrafiltration membrane to replace Inge dizzer XL 1.5 MB 40W VK-0069 or DuPont IntegraTec MB 40 with 100% compatible dimensions, sevenbore structure offers excellent pressure resistance, 0.02μm pore size produces high quality permeate in terms of low turbidity and SDI value, active membrane area is 40㎡.
Pleat Plus P high flow filter cartridge is retrofit for Pall Ultipleat high flow filter(e.g:HFU640UY045J), it is constructed with 6 inch (152 mm) large diameter which offers super high flow rate, it can greatly save water treatment plant footprint and reduce filter change-out cost. Inside-out flow operation keeps all the contaminants inside the filter thus making replacement process more convenient. Available filter media includes polypropylene and microfiber glass with pore size from 0.5μm to 100μm. Pleat Plus P series provide a more cost-effective solution.
Del-Wound Series 6338 Spiral Wound UF membrane is economical replacement for Alfa Laval UF-pHt GR61PP 6338/30 6338/48 6338/80 sanitary spiral membrane ultrafiltration elements, available membrane materials are Polyethersulfone(PES) and Polysulfone(PS), the feed spacer thickness can be varied from 20 to 120mm, high packing density contributes to large filtration area and high throughput.
Fluoro-Pure DeFlow Series DFPVDF1030 module is made with hollow fiber PVDF membrane material, it can directly replace Microdyn Nadir PureULTRA PHF-35-V ultrafiltration module without the need to change piping and fitting. DFPVDF1030 uses permanent hydrophilic PVDF membrane fibers which can provide high flux and stable flow performance, sophisticated module potting can optimizes inner water flow distribution and air scour performance. Fluoro-Pure UF membrane module can also be used to replace Microdyn Nadir PureULTRA PHF-75-V and PureULTRA PHF-105-V model with similar performance, with production center only 120KM away from Shanghai, fast delivery service is available.
