Fluoro-Free DELFLEX Series Ultrafiltration module DFPES9055 model can work as economical replacement for Pentair Norit Aquaflex HP 55 with better cost effectiveness, no modification is required because of its compatible dimensions, DFPES9055 can well fit into original membrane systems. Hollow fiber UF module allows for larger loading capacity with same space, 0.02μm pore size contributes to good rejection to bacteria and virus, PES material has very good hydrophilic feature and less membrane fouling.
Fluoro-Pure DELFIL Ultrafiltration DFUFPVDF8590 is developed to replace TORAY UF Membrane HFUG-2020AN series as a more economical replacement solution, 100% compatible with existing UF system, PVDF membrane and PVC housing structure provides good resistance to chlorine and strong acids, which allows for better chemical cleaning to recover membrane flux. Outside-inside flow direction allows for high tolerance for feed water quality and supports air scour to enhance cleaning efficiency to recover the flux. Fluoro-Pure DELFIL UF 0.01μm pore size can effectively remove contaminants such as particles, bacteria and virus as well as providing high flow rate performance, large filtration area 90m2 makes it suitable for large water treatment plants, it provies over 25% flow increase than 72m2 Toray modules with same footprint.
DelCoat Series Ultrafiltration membrane is made by spiral wound design with PVDF membrane material and integrated PVC housing, it is the key components of the electrophoretic ultrafiltration system, electrophoretic paint recycling can greatly reduce factory operation cost. Available membrane materials are PVDF and PAN, DelCoat spiral wound UF membrane can be used to replace KOCH 8638 M-300-LPP and KOCH8638 M-183-LPP with equivalent performance, no piping or fitting change is required.
