For non-biodegradable landfill leachate treatment, tubular ultrafiltration UF membrane are applied in direct filtration mode for suspended solids removal, UF permeate can work as effective preatment of Nanofiltration and reverse osmosis system. DelTube series ultrafiltration membrane is made by tubular design, tubular membranes are particularly suited to liquid with high viscosity or suspended solids, because their wide flow paths make them highly resistance to clogging. Cross-flow filtration can reduce cleaning times and downtime so as to maintain a high flow rate.
Fluoro-Pure DelPac Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Dow IntegraPac membrane IP-51 and IP-77 cross flow ultrafiltration filter with compatible dimensions at much more economical price, compared with PES, PVC and PAN materials, PVDF has better tensile strength and much better resistance to chemicals especially sodium hypochlorite-which is main chemical used for membrane cleaning.
