Delta Airlift MBR Tubular membrane module is produced in PVDF material with 30nm pore size, it is developed for wastewater treatment with compact design, usually Airlift MBR is placed after biological treatment. Due to low energy and chemical consumption, it is mainly used in municipal wastewater treatment plants. 5.2mm large membrane fiber makes it less prone to be fouled and easy to be cleaned by backwash, CEB and CIP process, it can be used for high MLSS up to 15,000 mg/L. With compatible dimensions and similar performance, Delta Airlift MBR can also work as economical replacement for Pentair Norit Airlift 38PRV F4385 membrane module.
Fluoro-Klean DELSTAR MBR membranes are developed as alternative modules for Memstar submerged MBR membrane module SMM-1010, SMM-1013, SMM-1520 and SMM-2030T membrane modules, it can fit well into Memstar MBR cassette, reinforced PVDF fiber provides no fiber breakage during long term operation.
Fluoro-Pure Series Ultrafiltration module is developed to replace Asahi KASEI Pall Microza hollow fiber module UNA-620A UNA-620AB with same dimensions and operation principle, available membrane areas are 50㎡ and 65㎡ -sames as Pall or Asahi Kasei Microza module, it allows for cross-flow and dead-end filtration, 0.1μm pore size contributes to good rejection to contaminants as well as offering high flow rate.
