Belarus MABR Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor

Membrane aerated biofilm reactor MABR membrane process is an advanced technology for wastewater treatment that enables the upgrade of conventional activated sludge treatment plants and allows for capacity expansion in existing tanks, it can also be used for surface water treatment that improves ecosystem restoration, this process significantly reduces energy consumption for aeration process.Similar as Suez Zeelung MABR, our membrane also implements a gas permeable membrane to deliver oxygen to a biofilm that is attached to the surface of the membrane.
