DelTube Series Ultrafiltration membrane can be used as economical replacement for KOCH SUPER-COR 3010-HFM-180 and 3010-HFM-513 Ultrafiltration Modules, it is made by tubular design, tubular membranes are particularly suited to liquid with high viscosity or suspended solids, because their wide flow paths make them highly resistant to clogging. Cross-flow filtration can reduce cleaning times and downtime, so as to maintain a high flow rate.
Delta Filtration PES Ultrafiltration module DFTGAPES10072 is equivalent to Koch Targa II 10072-35 ultrafiltration cartridge with same dimensions and equivalent performance, with 81㎡ large filtration area, it can be used in large water treatment plants with limited footprint, including mining industry, oil&gas, power plants etc.
Del-Wound Series Spiral Wound UF membrane is economical replacement for Koch Dairy-Pro 6338 UF 5K/10K ultrafiltration sanitary elements, it provides Molecular Weight Cutoff of 5,000 and 10,000 Daltons, membrane material is PES, the feed spacer thickness can be varied from 20 to 120mm, high packing density contributes to large filtration area and high throughput.
DelCoat Series Ultrafiltration membrane is made by spiral wound design with PVDF membrane material and integrated PVC housing, it is the key components of the electrophoretic ultrafiltration system, electrophoretic paint recycling can greatly reduce factory operation cost. Available membrane materials are PVDF and PAN, DelCoat spiral wound UF membrane can be used to replace KOCH 8638 M-300-LPP and KOCH8638 M-183-LPP with equivalent performance, no piping or fitting change is required.
