Flat Sheet MBR Membrane
Fluoro-Klean FSMBR Membrane is developed with flat sheet membrane structure which provides better anti-fouling performance than hollow fiber membrane, PVDF membrane materials can resist higher temperature and concentration of cleaning chemicals as well as higher MLSS(up to 20,000 mg/L), flat plat structure contributes to less membrane fouling compared with hollow fiber membrane, this also allows CIP done in-situ and membrane panel replacement done in a few minutes. Compared with PVC flat sheet membrane, PVDF MBR is suitable for critical wastewater such as landfill leachate, refinery wastewater and palm oil mill effluent treatment, it provides longer service life too.
DFFSMBRPVDF080 model can also work as economical replacement for Kubota 510 MBR model with dimensions 490x1020mm, thus it can fit into Kubuta membrane cassette, manifolds and transparent tubes can also be provided together with membrane modules.
