Poly Pleat SR-PES sterile PES filter cartridge is constructed with 100% FDA compliant PES membrane and PP hardware, hydrophilic PES membrane provides high flow rate and low pressure drop. Poly Pleat SR-PES series is sterile grade, 0.2 micron PES filter can be used as final filter in Food&Beverage and Biopharmaceutical applications.
Poly Pleat PVDF Cartridge filter is designed for critical filtration of aqueous and organic solvent-based solutions such as protein, buffer, large volume parenteral (LVP) and small volume parenteral (SVP) etc., it is available with both cartridge and capsule type. The proprietary membrane casting technology provides a thick membrane with high contaminant holding capacity, excellent retention characteristics, low extractable and low protein binding, easy wetting PVDF membrane provides high flow rate and low pressure drop.
Poly Pleat PTFE filter cartridge is constructed with 100% FDA compliant PTFE membrane and PP hardware, naturally hydrophobic PTFE makes it suitable for venting and aggressive chemical filtration process. It is thermally bonded and adhesive free. Every filter is pre-flushed and integrity tested before final assembly.
Poly Pleat Nylon filter cartridge is constructed with hydrophilic Nylon 66 membrane and PP hardware which makes it suitable for wide applications. It is manufactured in clean room with superior materials which allows for no fiber release and minimum extractables. Single layer membrane provides high flow rate and low pressure drop. PolyPleat NY66 membrane filter is 100% integrity tested before shipment.
