Delta Filtration Ultrafiltration module DFPES9075 is made with hollow fiber Polyethersulfone(PES) membrane which is naturally hydrophilic, it has compact design with large filtration area up to 75㎡, as economical replacement for Pentair X-Flow XF75 model, DFPES9075 can significantly save operation and maintenance costs for customers. Hollow fiber UF module allows for larger loading capacity with same space, 0.02μm pore size contributes to good rejection to bacteria and virus, Delta UF modules have been exported to many customers from North America, Europe and Asia etc with positive feedback, OEM label service is available.
Fluoro-Pure DELFIL Ultrafiltration model DFUFPVDF8575G is made with hollow fiber PVDF 75㎡ effective filtration area, it can work as economical replacement for LG G-Brane P7 MR-MHP07A and Synopex G-Brane P7 UF Membrane, typical working pressure is 3 bar. DFUFPVDF8575G UF module is produced with 0.1μm membrane fiber with excellent tensile strength, the module can be operated based on both cross-flow and dead-end mode, it can be used for drinking water process and wastewater reuse applications.
DelCoat Series Ultrafiltration membrane is made by spiral wound design with PVDF membrane material and integrated PVC housing, it is the key components of the electrophoretic ultrafiltration system, electrophoretic paint recycling can greatly reduce factory operation cost. Available membrane materials are PVDF and PAN, DelCoat spiral wound UF membrane can be used to replace KOCH 8638 M-300-LPP and KOCH8638 M-183-LPP with equivalent performance, no piping or fitting change is required.
